BEFORE YOU STEP IN

KNOW THE
DRILL.

What should athletes wear and bring?

All athletes must wear a helmet, elbow pads, gloves, and skates, and bring a stick and water bottle.

Who is training for?

Our main programs serve youth players through high school. Coaches may organize sessions by age or skill, so review the session details before booking.

Is an HTC coach included?

Skills training sessions are led by one or more coaches. Team facility rentals are separate: add $100 to have an HTC coach lead your team’s instruction and training. We do not offer individual uncoached shooting rentals.

What surface will we train on?

Both facilities use synthetic ice for shooting, passing, stickhandling, and deking practice.

How much does training cost?

Small group sessions are $40 per athlete per hour. Columbus team practice rentals are $275 per hour, or $250 per hour when multiple practices are scheduled. An HTC coach can lead the team’s instruction and training for an additional $100. Private lesson rates are confirmed separately.

What is included in a team practice rental?

Your team gets the Columbus facility for the rented hour, including use of our synthetic ice training space and wide range of fitness equipment during that same hour. Instruction from an HTC coach is available for an additional $100.

How are groups and spots assigned?

Coaches set their session availability and any age or skill requirements. Parents reserve available spots on a first-come basis. Group sizes depend on the session and location.
